We spent some time analysing the property, and presented her with a appraisal at our first meeting. We answered the questions she had, and went through her appraisal in detail, explaining how we performed our analysis, the earning potential of her property, other things she had to look out for, and next steps involved. We also took note of her expected revenue and how we could achieve it.

Our team provides tailored management services – we got to understand her needs and expectations with her property’s performance, how often she preferred to stay and any other requirements she needed. After going back to the drawing board, we presented her with a detailed appraisal and also created her own calendar access in real time. This gave her the flexibility and convenience to block out any dates she needed to stay and to keep track of guest bookings to plan ahead.
