3 steps to becoming an Izzo Member
1. Appraisal
An obligation-free assessment. A manager will visit you at your preferred time to give you a detailed appraisal. Make sure you ask any questions you might have, it's the perfect opportunity to understand how we do things!
2. Onboarding
We will get your property ready to host guests, from its styling to furnishing and finally, listing. We will also handle other details such as lockbox installations and photography to highlight your property in its best light.
3. Management
This is where you kick back and relax. We will be maximising your revenue and marketing your property on a daily basis. You will be given your own log-in to view a live calendar so you'll always be kept up-to-date.

You don’t need anything! Our managers will get in touch and organise a suitable time to visit your property. In the meantime, get any questions you have ready.
It would be easiest to speak to one of our team members so we are able to explain in more detail. In a nutshell, management duties include price optimisation, guest communication and screening, turnover cleaning, or any additional preparation.
We charge a flat fee of 18% gross
We pay attention to the finer details! We listen to how you would like your property managed, and come up with a satisfactory management style that works for you. We love details so much we even put in Christmas decor for Christmas!
